Pricing
The package that is designed for you will be specific to your needs. Anticipated charges will be supplied in writing following the initial telephone discussion.
The initial booked phone call is not charged as it is used to establish needs. There is no commitment to therapy as a result of a booked call.
Current individual rates are based on a clinical rate of £95 per hour.
Chargeable time includes:
- Direct face to face contact, observation and assessment
- Phone calls and liaison with parents and wider members of a multi-disciplinary team (MDT)
- Clinical reading – for example reports from other agencies
- Drafting and analysis of questionnaire responses
- Scoring and analysis of formal assessments
- Report and letter writing
- Specialist resource preparation
- Travel to and from destinations other than our own clinical premises
Saturday groups last for 1½ hours and are charged at £60 per child attending. The mid-week evening group is charged at £90 per session attended but will often last 3-4 hours. Young adults are required to purchase their own food and drink on social outings.
We email invoices for all individual and group sessions at the end of each month. Assessments are invoiced on completion of the written report.
